- Amvuttra interacts with your body’s natural systems to significantly slow down the production of TTR protein, which leads to fewer harmful amyloid deposits being formed. In a clinical study, patients treated with Amvuttra experienced an average reduction of 88% in TTR protein levels over 18 months, showcasing its potential to transform lives.
- The most common side-effects of Amvuttra are pain in the arms or legs, joint pain, shortness of breath and low vitamin A levels. Providers may recommend a patient be on vitamin A supplements daily while on Amvuttra.
